My Bio
Ok I have been fielding a lot of questions concerning who I am. A lot of you are concerned and feel they have been ripped off before and why should they trust me. So let me tell you a little about myself.
My name is Neil Murphy, I have been working in the office equipment industry for about 30 years, 9 of those year I operated my own successful dealership. I now work for an Authorized KonicaMinolta Dealer ( who has been the number one dealer in Canada for at least 2 of the 14 years I have worked for them). My positions is "Field Service Manager".
I have been featured by the on line magazine ZDNet as a product expert in the field of MFP's.
I became involved with IU chip resetting out of necessity. After purchasing and using many of the re-setters available on the Internet and having a few of them fail or become just be too costly to operate. I started looking into what makes a good programmer tick. My studies led me to believe I could in fact make a quality programmer myself at a reasonable cost.
So I built my own programmer, and stared this web page to market it. I am located in Windsor Ontario ( for those who don't know that is in North America ). I accept PayPal payment which means you have up to $2000 insurance against being ripped off. For those of you who request personal contact I do call you if you ask and I will supply my personal phone number ( this is a business I operate out of my home and has nothing to do with my dealership or KonicaMinolta ).
